Adriatic Pearl Korcula is owned and managed by Ivan & Gaelle Granic. Gaelle is originally from Canada and moved to Croatia when she married Ivan, a Croatian national. Together they worked on cruise ships and have seen many beautiful places, but still nothing compares to the beauty of their home city, Korcula.

The apartments were newly built in 2014 from ground zero. Every year there are continuous updates done to each apartment to keep them looking new and interesting. 2021 marks the 7th summer that it is in operation.
